Skraid roll rules

Hi guys,

the officers have made a few decisions on roll rules for our skirmish raids. The intent is to give everyone a fair chance of winning something and thus kitting out their character. Here's what was decided:

** Regarding symbols: we still use a list, but from now on only people with a level 84+ character or alt can roll on it, as they can use almost immediatly.

** Regarding jewellery and armour: people with a level 82+ character or alt can roll. If you win a piece, please be so kind as to not roll for the remainder of the evening to give the others a chance as well.

** Regarding crystals: there's no real list yet, but as everyone needs them, please don't roll on more than one crystal per night.


That's it for now. Thank you all and good work on the skirmishes so far, let's hope we can get everyone geared and ready for the new instance cluster!

Just affirming the content of discussion, agreed with officers that the new rules/guides on the skirm/raids loot was the fairest way forward. Please understand this kin is for all, and only by being a team do we progress. So be generous, understand others points of view, and join in the chat. Kevin.

Obviously as new content and levels/loot arrives we need to adjust. So these guides apply to current update.
