ok raiding point 1
if i have a night off it means i dont want to come back and get tellls of most players explaining what has happened tonight but then again i am kin l;eader and will sort out most problems within the kin or outside the kin with there leaders,but to be honest to find people inside the kin not helping each other worries me,so lets start the rules of raiding........

the main rule of raiding the person or persons leading a raid should be the person who gives out instructions to the others ,the rest of the group should listen and follow the instructions to the letter but there are times somethings do go wrong but in any raid if everyone follows the instructions of a raidleader then the success rate will be higher.

point 2 raidleaders and people of the kin if the raider is either a woman or man or someone who is unexperienced or experienced then all should respect that person,but not only that everyone should respect each other as a whole,otherwise when you are in a group you will feel a slight atmosphere within each other and the team doesnt work well together,,we are here to learn and help each other...being part of a team is to have fun and socialise with each other and to be respectful

point 3 if people are leader and are unexperienced then what should happen is to let him lead but help in difficult situations but also this will boost the confidence of the raidleader so he or she can then lead future raids with confidence

point 4 if you are short of players in the raid team then try to gain extras within the kin to join even if it means by getting the certain wing down even if it means you cant proceed to the next wing sometimes in a raid you cant have the right classes so you have to overcome and adapt..

point 5 if the kin is in a raid and the calander is set to do the same thing in a few nights time but the actually raid team has the opportunity to proceed in that instance or to complete that instance then pls do this,,this will allow us a kin to cancel the run booked in a few night and then allow us to change the calander to do something else as a kin,


MY FINAL POINT AND PLS ALL LISTEN CAREFULLY,,,we as a kin have achieved alot together already so far i wish to maintain this and to be socialable towards each other, our reputation within lotro is very good but to find people not listening to others and being disrespectful to others does not help the kin , so lets stop the childish behaviour be grownups and lets have fun and enjoy the raiding and all the other activites we do as a kin ,we all come on here to escape from everyday activities not to cause problems and argue so lets be sensible about this ...

very well said ian but what happend is the past so like seb said we just work as a team in the future and make it a fun and enjoyeble time
